Everything was smooth for a quick sale. My only gripe as an out of state buyer is that there is a 10 business day check hold policy, even if the check is directly from Bank of America for financing. So now they're holding the check and my down payment and the car for at least two weeks, then it can be transported to me.

Peoria Jaguar Land Rover was great. They gave me a loaner vehicle while they ordered parts to repair my Range Rover. When there was a small delay waiting for parts, it didn’t really matter to me because I had a beautiful new Discovery to drive.
Jaguar Land Rover Peoria has provided me with exemplary service with everything from oil changes and rotating tires to updates and fixing recalls. The added perks of washing my car and providing me with a loaner to run errands while my car is being serviced makes them outstanding!! Unparalleled customer service. It was an absolute delight to work with Aaron for the purchasing of our Defender. Doug and Aaron have always gone above and beyond when I bring my vehicle in for servicing or general maintenance! I wish they would actually bring a service center here to the QCA! Definitely recommend the Peoria location for any type of servicing needs. The sales reps/receptionist are very hospitable as well (shout to Janet)!

I had a throughly great experience here. I had purchased vehicles here in the past and returned after several years and was able to connect with the same sales person and managers. They know the cars so well and can walk you through all the features with ease. The buying process was simple and everything was ready when I came back in to sign. I can't recommend them enough.

Majority of my experience has been with warranty items. Overall service is good. It can be tough to get into service if you need help immediately. Definitely schedule ahead. The team is knowledgeable and will work through challenges to solve problems.

Every dealing I’ve had has exceeded expectations. Dealerships have a reputation for finding additional wrong and running up costs. I’ve found the opposite to be true at this location which is why I drive 90 miles each direction. In addition, Doug in the service area is phenomenal and someone I trust completely.

Great service
I took my car in for my oil change and an alignment. They checked a warning light that I mentioned and they found my water pump to be faulty and replaced it (under my warranty). My car was handled efficiently, communication was great and my car was clean inside and washed when I went to pick to up. I was very VERY pleased and happy with Jaguar Land Rover’s service department, their team of mechanics, Aaron within the service department and their sales team. It’s a great place to do business.
